Do I need a passport to enter Bulgaria?
- For members of the European Union only a valid identity card is sufficient. For other nationalities outside European Union a valid passport is obligatory.
Can I pay with a credit card?
- You can pay either via bank transfer before the arrival date or cash on the day of the tour. We don’t accept credit cards.
When do I have to pay the offer?
- Normally, the offer has to be paid within 10 days after the booking confirmation via bank transfer. On request, we can also offer cash payment in our office in Varna.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
- Our office working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. At facebook or Viber / WhatsApp: 00359 888 383 300 you can contact us 24/7.
Can I make reservation by phone?
- No, that is not possible.. To guarantee your reservation, please send a written enquiry to our e-mail:info@bgtravelagent.com
How can I book the tour or tranfer with you?
- First, send us a request at info@bgtravelagent.com which tour or service you want to book. You will get a reply with an offer and more information from us. After we finalize the tour with all details and dates, please send us your name, mobile number and address of accommodation in Varna.
How much time in advance do I need to make a reservations?
- We will make our best to organize your trip in a perfect way even if you book it less than a week prior arrival.
Which currency I need to bring with me?
- In Bulgaria the official currency is the Bulgarian lev. The Bulgarian Lev is fixed to the EUR, 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. So when you see a price in Bulgarian lev, divide it roughly by two and you will get the amount in EUR. You can use the ATMs to withdraw cash in the local currency or exchange EUR or Dollars in some of the exchange bureaus or banks. In some souvenirs shops in Sofia you can pay with EUR too, but the exchange rate is not the official one. You can pay the tour to us either in EUR or in Bulgarian Lev.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
- To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us by our emails: info@bgtravelagent.com as soon as you decided to make changes or cancellation.
Will my details be treated confidentially?
- Yes, all the personal details you provide are only used for the technical administration of our website as well as for the fulfilment of your requests and needs – for example for the contact between you and the provider.
Why am I not able to pay at the location?
- The payment of the bookings have to be done beforehand so that the offerer and the customer have a guarantee and the possibility to plan ahead.
